This private room is apart of a five bedroom apartment that is currently shared by 3 guys. Each has a full time job and are not around much but we all work to maintain a clean shared living space. Very laid back and easy going.

Our apartment is located on 127 St. and St. Nicholas Terrace 1 min from A, B, C, D trains. Also perfect for any Columbia University students - only a 7 minute walk!

As for details/amenities for our apartment, well, we sorta have it all:

- Laundry in the building
- Subway - 1 block (1, 2, 3, A, B, C, D Trains, 125 Street Station) 15 mins to Time Square
- Full-Size Supermarket - 8 mins
- Gym - 7 mins
- 24 hour Deli/grocery - 1 block

Available for long term or short term lease, nothing shorter than a month though.
