The apt has a perfect layout, great for shares because the two bedrooms are at opposite ends. So there is lots of privacy. The tastefully furnished living room and kitchen are in between.
The large living room has an AC for those hot summers, new 42" HDTV, full DVR cable, HBO, Showtime. The building has its own laundry room.
