Brownstone is in a safe and beautiful area of Central Harlem, below 125 Street, close to Central Park. Just a few blocks away from the 2/3 train and close to bustling 125th Street (which will soon have a Whole Foods Market!). Just a short walk to Columbia University.

We are a creative and open-minded family with 2 teens that spend half their time here. We love yoga, meditation, and good vibes. We always seem to be busy doing things and positive energy is a must for our home.

The room is partially inclusive of utilities but is not inclusive of the kitchen or other areas of the house. A microwave and mini fridge fit easily in the room and can be used for meals. An ideal fit would be someone who loves to eat out or enjoys take-out in. Street parking is available.
