Available room in Harlem off 145th

A bedroom has opened up in my three bedroom apartment in Harlem from April 1st. Walking distance to the A, C,B, D stop at 145th, 3 stop at 148th and B, D at 155th. Third floor of a walk-up with supermarkets, Jackie Robinson park and banks nearby and laundromat one block away. I am 28 years old, originally from Norway, a performer and performing arts teacher and also work part time at Equinox. With the pandemic I also made a shift into working in Real Estate with the lack of work in the arts. My roommate works in arts administration and at Starbucks as well. To move in it would be one month's rent and one month security.
