Furnished room available in 2 bedroom Harlem apartment for Dec. 1 move in.

Room is furnished with a twin sized bed, computer desk and chair, rug, lamp, and a few dressers. Full sized window and large walk in closet, making for lots of soft light and storage space.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Kitchen is well equipped with baking/cooking gear, living room has a TV with Amazon and Hulu accounts.

Location - Near the 3, A, B,C, & D in Harlem. Grocery store (open extra late) a few blocks away, laundry a block away. Neighborhood is nice, with Jackie Robinson Park 2 blocks away (has rec center year round and pool in the summer). NY Sports Club and outdoor tennis courts nearby, as well as various coffee shops, bars and venues for drinking and / or brunching on the weekends (or weekdays).

Rent is $900 plus about $70 in utilities (including wifi, varies month to month but $70 is pretty close to the norm), looking for 1st month and one month deposit to move in.

Preference to those looking for long term, but short term ok. This is a 5th floor walk up, so be warned.
