Hi there,

I am looking for a roommate to share a renovated spacious duplex apartment with a lot of sun and 2 private balconies overlooking garden courtyard on both floors, in a safe building beautiful block and neighborhood.

You will get a queen size bedroom (not furnished)
A/C in the room.
We will share a renovated living room/dining area full kitchen and bathroom. Bi-weekly. house cleaning service. Kitchen supplies included.

The central Harlem apartment is located in a modern mid-size building 4th floor walk up with a great building super.

Share Utilities cost - water gas, electricity high-speed internet addtional fee for housekeeping to be split.

laundromat a few options in the neighborhood. Also, pick up and drop off service available.

Central Harlem- right off the 2 & 3 train stop on 125th street and 1 1/2 block away from the duplex is the newly opened Wholefoods, Starbucks, CVS, Red Rooster, Harlem Social, TD Bank, Chase Bank, Marshalls, and more great restaurants.

The apartment is located 1 1/2 Block within a walking distance to subways - Express 2,3 trains, walking distance A, B, C, D trains and 4,5,6 trains - and buses M7 102,

I'm looking for a VERY clean, neat, responsible working professional, outgoing, organized roommate. No drugs, No smoking, No drinking MUST BE CLEAN and respectful to another the apartment and neighbors. Preferably a vegetarian or vegan.
