To move in you will need
-first month rent
-security deposit (1 month)

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.

***All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 38k- 45k minimum yearly income) and credit score minimum of 650!!***

You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
