Picture shows room with most of my belongings already moved out. Fits full-size bed (was on a frame with under-bed drawers used for storage), night stand, tall bookcase, and wardrobe. The wardrobe stays with the room.

This is a sublease, which runs through July with option to sign year lease at that time. Applicant will need to pay first month, last month, and security deposit at lease signing. Management looks for clean credit and 40x rent (guarantors okay). Management is very experienced working with students, which comprise most of the building's tenants.
