Hey everyone- I have 1 large room that will be available Feb. 12th in a large 2bed, 1bath in Central Harlem. 6th floor (very quiet), elevator building, with lots of windows and light. Rooms are on opposite sides of apartment providing private space. There is a separate kitchen with new appliances, tons of cabinet space and granite counter tops. I think the remodel was two years ago. The apartment is shared with another person a Social Worker. We haven't decorated much so room to add your things! Pet friendly building, near buses (M7,102, M1) and trains (2/3) or with 10 min walk (A/C/D/B). Rent is $1150 month + utilities/wifi, which are very low.
