Spacious Room In Central Harlem

Looking for someone to move into a spacious room in Central Harlem. 2 Blocks from the 2/3 express train and about a 7 min walk to the B/C at 135th. Great restaurants all around. Elevator building with laundry in the lobby.

Room has small closet, fits full OR queen size bed with room for dresser and two big windows. There is additional storage space if needed. Common space is big and bright with a Roku-equipped TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Common area is kept very clean.

I?m Sara, a 27-year-old writer, I often have work events to attend in the evenings so when I get home I?m usually working or hanging out in my room. My work is largely in the beauty industry so I have plenty to share if you?re into at-home spa days...

I am, ideally, looking for someone willing to sign on the lease. The first year will be up in January, after which the rent will increase by just $25! So it is, in total, around a 16 month commitment.
