Brand new furnished loft!

Our beautiful 1055 sqft loft is brand new, with 11ft ceilings, over-sized windows, hardwood floors, full kitchen with state of the art appliances (includes a dishwasher), in-unit washer/dryer, tons of storage, and a doorman + buzzer.

The open concept living/dining room + kitchen is massive and couldn't be better suited for entertaining; my current roommate and I host a few dinners a month to connect interesting people in the city, so it'd be great if you're interested in continuing that tradition! The superintendent and building manager are sweet and are good-hearted people who personally know and interact with all the tenants like family.

The building is right beside the A, B, C, D, 2, 3 subway lines, and it takes at most 20 minutes direct to midtown making it closer to downtown than most places in Brooklyn. There's three gyms across the street (Blink, NYSC, and Planet Fitness), and a Whole Foods one block away, as well as a CVS and three banks (Chase, TD, Capital One). Some of my favourite places within a 10 minute walk are an amazing cafe called Double Dutch with an amazing espresso, an authentic Japanese sushi restaurant called Yuzu, a Popeyes which has seen more drunk food purchases from me than I can remember, and BO's Bagels which has the most fantastic bagels you will ever have.

As for you, ideally you are a student or young professional, interested in getting to know the city and open to meeting new people. I like to keep the place clean (wash up as I cook, grime free bathrooms, etc.) although I'm not OCD about it. No cigarettes inside, occasional weed is fine!
