Spacious And Furnished Adorable Room

This room is in a very large 4 bedroom apartment. The room can come furnished if you like, but if not I can take the furniture out. The room is very spacious. The ceilings are very tall and there is one large window in the room with a wide windowsill. The room fits a queen size bed (it can fit a king size if you want) and there is also a lot of space for a desk and clothing storage. There is also a long closet with a sliding glass mirror door. The furniture that I can leave behind if you would like a furnished room is the bed frame, mattress, side table, desk with chair, a floor lamp, carpet, and some shelves that are hung on the wall.

The room is located right next to the bathroom. The bathroom includes a full sized tub and a waterfall shower head. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and it includes a dish washer and a washer and dryer all in the kitchen. The living room is connected to the kitchen and there is a large couch with a chaise lounge and a TV with cable.

We have to pay for electricity and cable/wifi. Utilities total to about $50-$60 per person each month. Heat is included with the apartment. There is also an elevator in the building. The neighborhood is really great because there are a ton of new restaurants and bars that just opened up on Broadway. It is also only a few blocks away from the subway and 1 block away from Riverbank State Park.

The apartment is available from December 31st to March 31st, however, if you would like to stay longer and sign the lease with my other roommates at the end of March, you can sign the lease for another year from April 1st 2019-2020.

The other roommates in the apartment are all very neat and respectful. I have never had any issues with them at all. They all work during the week and are usually out during the day. We don't have any pets but pets are allowed in the building so we are opened to animals. :)
