I have a room for rent in a small 2-bedroom apartment in Harlem on 147 St. I am looking for someone who has a busy lifestyle, preferably a busy professional or student. The room is close to the buses and subway. The room doesn?t have any "bells and whistles", but the room is very affordable in expensive New York City. The rent will be $675 + $25 for utilities, bringing your total cost to only $700. I live a quiet life style and I don?t allow smoking or drug usage. Infrequent light alcohol consumption is ok. I often visit family out of town, so there will be periods of times that I will be away from home. So, I?m looking for someone who is responsible and considerate .
