2 month sublet for room

I have a large to offer for sublet for two months in a 3 bedroom,1.5 bathroom apartment. I have two roommates who have also moved out so if someone needs three bedroom for sublet that is available also. The sublet is from june1 and move out is july 31 If you like the apartment you will be able to take over the lease after as well. The rent for the whole apartment is 3600 or if you just want my room 1200$ and utilities.

All rooms can fit a queen sized bed, tv, desk and more with ample space left over. Kitchen has dishwasher. Laundry downstairs inside apartment complex. 24/7 security guards. 10 minute walk from columbia university. 2 minute walk from 1,2,3 subway. Food all around. And a 2 minute walk to CUNY college.
