Room available now until the end of November when our lease is up( or shorter term)The apartment is flooded with light, with a oversized window in your future room. Updated kitchen and nice big bathroom. Your bedroom is on the smaller side but houses a queen size bed, dresser, and end table. The living room is nicely finished with a modern touch. The apartment is a 6th floor walkup. I swear it sounds worse than it is! Totally worth the stairs for the great light! The apartment is located across the street from the 2/3 train and a block and a half from the B/C. Absolutely wonderful neighborhood. Only 6 blocks from Central Park. There is everything you could possibly need within a couple blocks! Laundry in the building!

My husband and I are both clean and respectful and expect the same from our roommate.

There is an additional $50 fee per month for utilities.
