One bedroom in brand new 4bd/2bath

We are looking for a fourth room mate for our 4 bed/2bath apartment. The apartment is on the second floor of the building. Located on 135th St, next to a police station and in walking distance to Columbia's main campus. The room can fit a twin and queen sized bed and desk. The room has a large closet and build in shelving that is optional. The room mate will share a bathroom with only one other person. Laundry in unit. Dishwasher. Full kitchen.

About us: The three existing room mates are recent Columbia grads. We are quiet and extremely clean. We do not have many guests and are all easy going guys.

We are looking for someone that is clean and quiet, but that is up for socializing once in a while. The rent is $1,000 and the utilities are around $50 per month (often less). The apartment is a block from the C/B and 2/3 subways. You can walk to campus in 20 minutes and can be in midtown in 20 minutes by train.
