Harlem living in a 3br 1 ba

This 3 bd/1ba apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk up. Here you will live with with 2 other women, myself included. Please, women preferred.

The room is $900 sized at 11'x9.5', no closet. You will see in the images, the rooms can comfortable fit a full sized bed and other furniture. A queen bed is totally doable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an air fryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, blender, and cabinet space.

Everyone has free use of to the living room where we have TV with cable. This room also has a desk that I use when I work from home.

The bathroom is just the right size and we haven't had any issues with use or space.

There is laundry in the complex, that's open 7 days a week.

Utilities are included.

To move in, you will need first and security (one month's rent) , proof of income and a professional reference.

Month to Month or a 3 month commitment.
I am open to longer stays for te right person, but I prefer shorter stays.

No pets , no couples and women preferred.
