1 Bedroom available in 2 bedroom apt in Harlem!

I have a spacious room available January 1st. It can fit a queen size bed, dresser, and desk with plenty of room the walk around. There is a closet that is large enough to not have a need for a dresser. The apartment is very large and located in Harlem on 115TH street near Columbia University. There is alot of restaurants on the nearby block that are Zagat rated and we are a 10-12 minute walk to Columbia University. We are also nearby the 2,3, B, C, D.

About me:
I manage a program for CUNY and also teach at one of the community colleges. I also have a videography business. My hours are long so schedules with my roommate usually does not overlap. I am clean but not a neat freak and just like to keep common areas neat. I am friendly, outgoing but definitely not a partier. I see my girlfriend on the weekends in Queens and am perfectly OK with overnight guest and friends coming to hang out. I am looking for someone who is also easy going who could be a good personality fit for the apartment. You?d only be living with one roommate.

The room will be $1183 (not including utilities). I would need first and last month rent for move in and an additional 100 deposit for last months utilities.
