We?re looking for someone to sublet one bedroom within our 3-BR/1-Bath apartment, directly on W. 125th St. This would be an open-ended sublet beginning January 1, 2020. Move-in dates are very flexible.

Newly gut-renovated and fully furnished apartment conveniently off the A-B-C-D and 1 trains ? 1? blocks to the ABCD (3-min walk) and a 6-min walk to the 1-train. Rent is $1,034/mo. plus utilities.

APARTMENT: Modern finishes, brand new appliances, recessed lighting with dimmers in every room and high (10ft.) ceilings. 50? flat screen TV in the living room with Apple TV (accounts to HBO Go, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu Plus). We like to cook when we have time, so we have a pretty decked out kitchen - extensive cookware, utensils, and appliances (Nespresso, pressure cooker, new set of quality Pots/Pans, etc.).

LOCATION: The apartment is on the first residential floor of a walk-up building. We live seconds from the nearest grocery store (we call it ?the pantry!?). We?re a short walk to the massive Fairway at the West River and several other grocery stores if you?re looking for highly specific grocery items. The best part about the location is the convenience of living off the express train ? the A/D lines go ONE stop from 125th to 59th St. Columbus Circle (7-min train ride) and down to 42nd St. (10-min train ride). And the express trains come constantly. I am never waiting for more than 3 mins for a train.
