The Mt. Morris Park House is in the heart of Harlem, surrounded by restaurants and cafes while still being within easy commuting distance of downtown Manhattan. The house is just one block from the 125th St. Station and is in close proximity to several higher education institutions and multiple parks.

The Mt. Morris Park House is one of our smallest in terms of members, with only three bedrooms and five members, which gives it an intimate, communal feel. The house itself is a single unit situated on the third floor of a historic Manhattan walkup and newly renovated throughout.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there?s no need to even bring a pillow. There are three bedrooms to choose from in the Mt. Morris Park House, all in one modern apartment. One of these bedrooms is a shared room and the remainder are private rooms. Each bedroom features large windows overlooking the neighborhood, as well as plenty of storage space.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. There are two bathrooms in the Mt. Morris Park House for just three bedrooms, so you?ll never have to wait.

Also included: toilet paper and small garbage bags, which will never run out! We also provide hair dryers, so there's no need to bring your own.

LOCATION
This coliving space is located in the center of Harlem, in a lively neighborhood filled with restaurants, bars, cafes and live music venues. The house is just off Restaurant Row on Lower Lenox, with numerous food, drink and entertainment options at your doorstep, as well as the Apollo Theater within easy reach. The house is a 1-minute walk to the 2/3 trains at 125th St. Station and an 11-minute walk to the A/C and B/D trains at 125th & St Nicholas Av., and multiple bus lines serve the neighborhood.

The Mt. Morris Park House is just 22 minutes from Times Square and 30 minutes from Wall Street by subway. You can reach Columbia University in just 23 minutes walking and the City College of New York with a 22-minute walk. Just one block away is popular Marcus Garvey Park, plus Morningside Park and Central Park are both less than 15 minutes? walking distance from the Mt. Morris Park House.
