THE SCOOP
Our Upper Manhattan House is situated in the vibrant, historic Harlem neighborhood. Surrounded by institutions of higher education, parks, restaurants and cafes, it’s an area full of things to see and do, while still being within easy reach of downtown Manhattan. Situated beside St. Nicolas Park and within easy reach of Central Park, you’ll find some of the city’s best jazz music on your doorstep, as well as multiple subway lines and buses taking you downtown..

The Upper Manhattan House is spread over two adjoining apartment buildings, with two floors of individual Outpost apartments in each building. Members enjoy spacious common areas within their apartment, including a living room and kitchen, and one room includes access to a large balcony.

THE BEDROOMS

Your room will be move-in ready, just like the rest of the house; there’s no need to even bring a pillow. There are four apartments to choose from in the Upper Manhattan House, spread over the second and third floors of two adjoining apartment buildings, with no more than four bedrooms in any one apartment. Each bedroom features large windows overlooking the neighborhood and some rooms have an adjoining balcony. This house consists of private rooms only, so you can relax away from the business of city life.

Amenities: memory-foam mattresses, memory-foam pillows, extension cords to your bedside, shelving, hooks, bed linens, towels and closets/organizational tools.
Services: Bed linens and towels will be available for you when you arrive.

THE BATHROOMS

We provide many bathroom essentials, as well. The ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms in all our apartments in the Upper Manhattan House is never more than 4:1, so you’ll never have to wait.

Also included: toilet paper and small garbage bags, which will never run out!

THE TERRACE

The Upper Manhattan House features access to a private balcony for one of the bedrooms, so you can enjoy relaxing outdoor space during the warmer months.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This space features hardwood floors, all major appliances and exposed brick. The kitchen and common areas are roomy compared to the average New York City apartment, with open kitchens and living rooms, all furnished with everything you’ll need for work and play.

This space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.

THE SPACE
We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house.

We’ve thought of all the little things you need to feel right at home upon arrival.
