Room is available in a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor apartment. Currently only 2 other people live in the apartment. 3rd roomie could come home sometime within the 4 months and would bring a cat so must be okay with cats. Kitchen fully stocked, living room furnished.

The room is partially furnished with a dresser, bed, TV (with Apple TV), and AC unit. Linens are provided, as is a refillable laundry card. Utilities/internet are NOT included, $600 security deposit required, returned after the leasing period is up. Must have a credit score of 700 or above, must have proof of income. Guarantors welcome.

Current room mates are male and in their late 20s, one in the entertainment industry, one is a personal trainer. Both are usually quiet and keep to themselves but are conversational when addressed.
