Large room available in West Harlem right near the 145th Street ABCD stop. I have a large room available starting May 1st for $1220 with utilities usually about $50 a month (gas, electric, WiFi). The building is pet friendly and has laundry in the basement. The room is available to come furnished, but if you?d rather bring your own furniture, that?s fine as well and the room can be cleaned out.

Room will be organized before move in and personal items from previous roommate will removed.

The room has a large closet, lots of natural light, and an AC.

I?m almost 26 and have lived in NYC for just shy of 2 years. The apartment has a dishwasher which is one of my favorite things about the place. My current roommate went back home to California before the Corona Virus shut everything down and has decided to stay there which is why I?m looking for someone to resign my lease with me starting May 1st.
