Room for Rent in 3-Bedroom Apartment in Harlem

Room available to rent starting June 1st. I'll be moving out soon and my roommates prefer for someone to stay a minimum of 3 months. The lease ends at the end of February in 2021. Option to renew.

The apartment building is just a block east of Morningside Park and in a convenient location. It's only a 5-minute walk from the A/C/D/F 125th Street Station and a 10-minute walk from the 2/3 125th Street Station. There's no shortage of good food options (most of which are takeout right now). There's also a Whole Foods and CVS close by (along with a bunch of delis). The building is 5 stories (we're on the 3rd floor).

The entire unit has been recently refurbished. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and really nice. The whole apartment is hardwood floors. There's also a really nice spacious living room with lots of light. The room faces the street and gets lots of light.

Also, in-unit washer and dryer!

Rent is $1,000 per month and the security deposit is $1,000. Both are needed in order to move in. Wifi and electricity are included with rent.

The roommates are both males in their mid-Twenties and really cool people. One is currently a grad student and the other is a working professional. They have expressed to me that they prefer another male roommate but are flexible. They are mostly looking for someone who is clean and considerate.
