I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my room in a 2bedroom in West Harlem starting July 1 (lease ends 4/2021 with option to renew). The room easily fits a full bed and dresser, and could probably also fit a queen bed. The living room and kitchen are both very spacious, and the living room and both bedrooms have south facing windows so there is tons of natural light.

The apartment is 3 blocks away from the ABCD at 145th, and a ~10 minute walk to the 1 at 145th or the 3 at 148th. The neighborhood has lots of cute coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, and the apartment is also a short walk away from 4 really nice parks, which is great in the warmer months! In addition to living in a great neighborhood, living near multiple express subway lines makes for an easy commute into midtown (~20-25 minutes) or the West Village/Soho (40 minutes). It is also about 20 minutes to Columbia's main campus or CUMC, so great for students.

Rent is $1075/month plus utilities and wifi.
