Large Unfurnished Bedroom in Harlem (with A/C!)

I am looking for a clean and trustworthy roommate in my 2BR/1 Bath Harlem Apartment. I am a music teacher at a NYC public school. This bright, south-facing apartment is on the 3rd floor of a pre-war building across the street from Jackie Robinson Park. Short walk to the A/B/C/D at 145th street and the 3 train at 148th street. I pay 100% of WiFi. We would split the electric bill during months that air conditioners are in use. I pay full electric bill for the remainder of the year. I'm easygoing. respectful, and enjoy living a fairly low-key life when I am at home. I would appreciate a roommate who is similar in those regards, but at the very least someone who doesn't bring the party home with them.
