2 spacious rooms available in Manhattan Brownstone

Starting October 1st (flexible), we are looking for two considerate, clean, and respectful roommates, preferably age 23-35 to join our 3 bedroom gem in central Harlem. Right off the 125th street 8th avenue station, we live in a spacious apartment on the top (3rd) floor of a brownstone building with rooftop access with a sunset view!!

We share the living room, kitchen, and large bathroom. We have two rooms available, see photos!

*The small room fits a full-size bed and a small cabinet, or a twin bed and a desk/closet. The price is $790.

*The large room has a large built-in closet and is spacious enough for a queen-size bed, a desk, and a night-stand.
