Beautiful pre-war quiet building located on beautiful Bradhurst Ave where you can conveniently find yourself across the street from The Jackie Robinson Park, up the block from Starbucks, around the corner from your local grocery store, delis, and most importantly up the street from the train (closest trains: A, C,D, B). You can also find yourself casually grabbing brunch on a Sunday as you will have amazing local restaurant selections to choose from. (Check out The Edge Restaurant for amazing breakfast :)). Nearest laundromat is a short walk and also very near to apartment.

The apartment is on a 4th floor walk up, pet friendly (dog park right across the street), plant friendly, private apartment that has a good reputation for being safe and quiet (a lot of us that live here are young professionals). Packages can also be safely delivered to the apartment with no issue. Since it's relatively a pretty small building we like to look out for each other.

As like many of us who have been impacted with the pandemic, I am currently in the midst of relocating to the West Coast permanently. However, I will be officially moving out by the end of the year (mid-dec) and will not be able to fulfill my entire 16 month lease commitment. I'm hoping and looking looking to sublet my apartment from late December/ Jan.1st to April 2021 when the lease is up.
