Description
1br in Large, sunny Harlem oasis
Greetings!
Looking for a month-to-month sublet - to start Nov 1.
This is one bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment.
The other roommate is a nice 30-year-old guy who works as a professional architect.
As furnished as you like. Lots of light.
Sq footage for bedroom is about 16' x 7'
Recently renovated.
Common space - ENORMOUS with big windows. Kitchen - ENORMOUS.
5th floor walk-up. It's on the top floor of the building, so no noisy upstairs neighbors! Lots of sky from every window.
Utilities come to about $50 per person per month.
IN THE BEST OF HARLEM:
By West 116 st and Frederick Douglass. Near Morningside Park, Close to Central Park, right by the (B)(C) subway and Columbia University.
Levain's bakery, Silvana lounge, Harlem Tavern ... live music, fresh food, French caf?s, vegetables and fruits at the doorstep, 24 hr laundromat and drug store nearby. A block away from Morningside Park, and a quick walk to Central Park. Hardware stores and dollar stores too, if you need, but gentrification has left them few and far between. Also a quick walk to 125th street and the arts, culture, shops, and subways there.
This place is tidy quiet, looking for a peaceful place in the midst of a busy city.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
