Room in 2bed/1bath apt + finished roof!

Renting out my furnished* room while I travel! My apartment has a great common living space, big bathroom with a tub. the building has a shared finished roof deck, laundry and a small workout area in the basement. This is truly a great spot to call home and I'm flexible on the duration, with a preference for month-to-month. Couples are welcome but the listed price is for a single person.

I'm two short sets of stairs up the building and close to the 2/3, 4/5/6 and Metro North station in Harlem, right outside a playground and a close walk to classic Harlem gems.

My roommate who will remain works outside the apartment during the day, and has a very cute dog that stays with us sometimes.
