Hi! I am trying to rent out the other half of my peaceful apartment. It gets tons of natural light and is located in the heart of charming Hamilton heights on a beautiful tree-lined street.

The apartment is incredibly peaceful and private. You would only share common areas between the two private bedrooms. There is abundant natural light, big lush trees in front of the windows, and the tranquil vibe truly make this spot special. This apt would be best for someone who is looking for a home and not a party place.
Looking for a quiet & respectful professional who likes to keep a clean and organized apartment and will clean up after themselves in common and personal spaces.

Room/Apartment:
The apartment is a new and spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath. The master suite is the room available for rent (Private Bathroom). The bedrooms are on opposite corners of the apartment and offer umpteen privacy and space. The entry for all doors is digital and keyless. The home is a smart home with all lighting and devices connected and controlled through a smartphone.

Area:
Hamilton Heights is a safe and peaceful neighborhood and is home to many Columbia students, professionals and families. I can? t stress how family friendly, safe and peaceful the area is. There are many coffee shops, bars and the ever-changing restaurant landscape offers to all cultures and diets. The abundance of green spaces in and around the neighborhood make it very green, tranquil and cozy.

Building
The building has an elevator, a gym in the basement, a rooftop and secure bike storage, a virtual doorman, and a secured package room for all incoming packages and deliveries. It's a very peaceful building and the neighbors are peaceful, mature, and not party animals (sensitive sleepers FTW).

A third culture implant in NYC with varied interests, home is a tranquil and a cozy vibe place and not somewhere parties and loud get-togethers are hosted. Occasional dinners are when there is company or visitors at home.
Take COVID seriously and double vaxxed. We have lived with a few roommates and understand that a peaceful co-living situation is a mix of respecting each other's property, trust, space, and mutual respect.

Cleanliness and open communication are an absolute must to be considered as a good fit. Don't bring shoes inside the apartment and keep the home very clean and quiet. If you cannot communicate well and find your communication style indirect and passive aggressive this will not be a good fit for you.
