Looking to rent a Small room(please read for info)

I am 29 years old single mom. I have a two bedroom apartment and I am looking to rent a small room. My partner comes around, not everyday. I do smoke maybe once a week but in my room. I love listening to music specially if I am cleaning and I also enjoy cooking. I am very respectful, I don't mind having a conversation but it's better to keep it professional.

My apartment is small. I am mostly working, and some days, I will stay at my moms house. You are welcome to use the kitchen The apartment itself is really quite, is one thing I enjoy about the building (because all you want to do is come home and relax). There is a laundry right next door and a couple of other stores walking distance, I am near 145th train station (train A, B, C, D and 3).

I am looking for someone respectful and Trustworthy that is responsible for paying on time, the room is small; right now I have a twin size bed and a tv, and a closet, But the room fits a full size bed ( if you like the room to be with out the bed or tv, notify me and I will remove it).(the apartment only has one closet unfortunately ) I want someone that can keep their space clean (means no garbage because I don't want roaches) bathroom and kitchen, I will do the cleaning but if you use it clean after yourself. I don't want people coming in and out; just for safety reasons. Since the light bill in my building is expensive we will split half of it.
