Available room in apartment next to St. Nich. park

Hello there!

I have a room available starting February 1st in a shared apartment space next to St. Nicholas Park. The room comes furnished with a bed and dresser, if you'd like. The current tenants are young professionals in their early-late twenties/ thirties: one is a student, another teaches dance, and the third is a professional actor/ singer. Two are young males, and one is female. They are very rarely in the apartment.

There is a spacious living room, and kitchen with ample counter space and fridge space. There are also several closets and spaces for storing belongings., as it is a walk-through apartment. The bathroom is usually kept very clean, as well as the kitchen.

This room (#4) is closest to the kitchen and common area, so there is plenty of space when you enter and exit.
The room comes with a bureau/ closet, and has a window.

To qualify for apartment, renter should earn 40x the monthly rent as an adjusted annual income, and have good credit. The lease ends in July, but you could extend it if desired.
