Room for rent in 3 bed/2 bath brownstone in Harlem

The apartment is around the corner from Red Rooster in Central/West Harlem. I am looking to rent one of my spare rooms. I live in half of a brownstone with 2 cats, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bath's. The room available is on the first floor. The 2nd bath, guest room/office, laundry room, and my bedroom are on the second floor which allows for privacy/quiet when desired. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious which is nice if you like to cook.

The room will come with a large area rug and a TV console ONLY. It fits a queen bed, has two closets (one large and one small), and a private bathroom. WIFI, cable, and the utilities are included in the rent.

I am a registered nurse and work in medical sales. My schedule is a mix between office days at home and case coverage at various hospitals. I am easy going and like to keep things tidy in the common areas.

My previous roommate lived here for nearly 5 years. The room/bathroom are available now. Rent will be $2000.00.
