Our large one bedroom apartment is an amazing place. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed. In the living room we have a sofabed that is also queen size. We can accommodate days, weeks and months. Our prices change depending on the season. Our maximum stay depends on the guests. A deposit is required. A contract will be signed between us and the guests. Prices vary and are negotiable. Utilities are NOT INCLUDED
This rental is a LARGE ONE BEDROOM (NO SHARING.) very clean, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, and utensils for coocking meals. There is an AC & FAN in the bedroom and a little bar, Wi-Fi, Smart Roku TV with Netflix, Tubi Everything is included but the Utilities and housekeeping are not SORRY. We are located in Central Harlem, walking distance to Whole Foods, H&M, Marshalls and Starbucks. The neighborhood is filled with great restaurants, cafes, lounges, bars, and supermarkets. Nearby subways at 116 Street, and includes the 2,3, B, and C trains. We are also walking distance from Central Park, We also speak French, English, and Spanish.
For a short-term vacation, no problem, you are welcome!
