1 bedroom in 2br/1ba flat

Move in 7/17 but application process takes a month.
1 bedroom for rent in 2-br / bathroom apartment. Apartment is south facing, with big windows and tons of sunlight. It’s on the 6th floor in a 2-elevator building. The building also has a common rooftop and a paved backyard with potted plants. There is a gym and laundry too. There is a doorman almost all the time.
The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher. Otherwise, as my current flatmate is moving out and we have not split things yet, it is unclear which furnishings will stay and what will go.
Looking for someone clean (think no dishes in the sink before sleep, cleaning house once a week, conscious about airing out the apartment), responsible but not anal. A relatively social person, I enjoy cooking and eating together if the flow of our day allows, and I enjoy hosting people. No parties on the regular, but for special occasions, sounds nice.
Internationals most welcome. Income cannot exceed -------. This is a medium-income / rent controlled apartment. Application process takes at least a month.
About me: I am a 29-year-old female, Palestinian-Jordanian, work at Columbia University, bike everywhere, cook relatively regularly, enjoy reading, speak Arabic, English and Spanish and I am a morning person. At the risk of this looking too much like my hinge profile, among favorite little joys is first sip of coffee in the morning and first sip of beer after a long bike ride.
