Subletting Studio for ~ 6 months

Hi!

I will be subletting my semi-furnished apartment for ~6 months or more depending on your need. The apt is located in Harlem between the ABCD lines -7 min walk - and 2/3 lines - 5 min walk- close to Whole Foods @ 125th St. Laundromat on either side of the block and tons of restaurants, entertainment and culture as only Harlem does!

I am looking for preferably a quiet couple, ($1950) however, singles welcomed, empathetic of neighbors (quiet building) and can pay upfront or in advanced as far as possible.
( This is to show your commitment and help me choose someone as quickly as possible).
Otherwise I need documentation showing your ability to pay.

Must be willing to coordinate with me for mail while I’m away and do minimal kitchen use as it only has a few appliances for light meals.
You can bring your own stuff to make it more palatable for your stay.
