There is a lovely community courtyard available to use if the weather permits. 

. The building recycles and is maintained in excellent condition, thanks to an awesome on-premises Building Superintendent. A decent grocery store and drug store is located across the street and the apartment is on a tree-lined street. 

I will be traveling from October until at least May, and maybe longer. I'd negotiate the rent for a lesser amount when I'm back and would like to be kept apprised of what mail I receive and any other relevant information regarding the apartment while I'm traveling.
