We are looking for a chill person to take over for a roommate who is moving out. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is a spacious room and has a closet. There is laundry in the building. There is plenty of street parking or the 1 train half a block away. There are lso 2 buses at the end of the block. There are two grocery stores located 10min away and a Walgreens at the corner. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and we are walking distance to Columbia.
