I have a room for $850 / month available on April 1st in newly renovated, clean apartment on the 3rd floor in Harlem / Manhattan. The room has a closet, one window & wood floor. It’s unfurnished (full size bed with frame may be optional)
There is one bathroom + new fully equipped kitchen.
There is no lease, just month to month with agreement.
Electricity + Gas it’s about $25 a month + $15 very fast wi-fi !
To move it will be needed one month rent + one month deposit.
The apartment is located on Fredrick Douglass, 8th av and 142st. Five mins walk to the 145th subway station A B C D train and also 7 min walk to 3 train station, close to CCNY and Columbia, two blocks away from NYSC, Chase, Bank of America, Superfoodtown, keyfood, dollar tree, Popeyes and a lot more.
