Harlem Fully Furnished Sublet

I am looking for someone to rent out the second room of my apartment in beautiful Harlem. It is the larger of the 2 rooms with the most closet space. The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up located between the A, B, C, D and 3 subway line; at most 40 min away from Time Square. There are 4 grocery stores within a 5 block radius. The laundry room is in the apartment complex courtyard. The space is laid out like a house separated by walls; kitchen w/lots of cabinet space, living room, extra nook/room (typically used for storage), smallish bathroom and hall closet.

The apartment/shared space is mostly furnished with a couch, small desk etc. We can rearrange based on your needs.

Keep in mind utilities (electric, gas, internet) are not included in the rent.
