Luxury Building (spacious 3BR/2BA) Hell's Kitchen

I've been working in NY for 3 years and I'm looking for clean, respectful roommates who value my privacy but also want to hang out on occasion. I am at work from 9am to 7pm and spend my evenings in my room or outdoors. The building has a gym, sundeck, laundry, doorman, elevator and decorated lobby, and the apartment is newly renovated with high-quality kitchen appliances. The views are great - we get to see the Hudson river and Times Square. Each room is very spacious and has a built-in-closet (the larger room has a walk in wardrobe and attached bathroom as well).
