Amazing double room, luxury building, Midtown West

I'm a 28 year old professional, straight, non-smoker, very easy going. From Scotland originally but been in NYC a year now. I'm in finance so work long hours during the week, but am very sociable and up for doing whatever at weekends.

I just secured a 12 month lease on a true 2 bedroom in a luxury high rise building in midtown west. Great sized apartment, brand new kitchen and private laundry on floor. Amenities are some of the best in NYC - swimming pool, sauna/steam, gym, basketball court, 2 rooftop lounges.

I'm ideally seeking a like-minded roommate that's up for good times and will be able to stay the full lease.

I move into the apartment on 30th October so available from that date onwards.
