Beautiful Huge Room (Sun Filled) In Full Service D

Hello,

Room available for rent for a flexible move-in date, Sept 1st preferred. The apartment is very bright and the room is really large (a wall of closets, floor to ceiling window and fits a queen size bed, couch, large dresser and still room left). The view is amazing, it is of midtown and is completely unobstructed, which is a rare find in Manhattan. The Hudson river is just a block away, providing a great escape from the city and if you like, a nice run! The apt is on the 14th floor. There is a gym, laundry, resident lounge and sundeck in the building (please see the website below for images). I am moving upstairs to a studio and my roommate/friend is looking for my replacement. She is in her mid-30s and works in digital media/film. Please be 27+, clean, respectful and female:) (sorry guys!) Also, the rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment and there is a shared bathroom in the middle. The room will be unfurnished.

Also, please check out the building website for all of the building's amenities. The lease was just renewed so this rental is at least for a year, possibly longer.
