Beautifully situated true 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Manhattan just 5 minutes away from Time Square

The location: corner of 10 ave and 43rd street with a supermarket, coffee shop, and gym in walking distance. The A/C/E train is a 5 minute walk and the 1/2/3 train is a 8 minute walk. 5 minute walk from the pier for the Hudson.

The apartment: You have you own bedroom, Kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster oven, large oven, stove top, fridge, and dishwasher. Fully furnished living room with a 40" tv, couch, and dining table. The bedroom itself is slightly small but can be furnished to maximize the space. You will have the apartment all to yourself most of the time given my work hours.

Myself: young working professional who is out of the apartment by 730am and does not return until 830-930pm daily. I am away most weekends but occasionally will have guests over every couple of months. I very easy to live with and am looking for a roommate I can sit in the living and chat with every so often but will also be respectful of your space and privacy.
