Hello there, my name is Giampaolo and I am the host of this very comfortable 3br apartment.

This unit it?s located on 39th street and 9th Avenue on the 3rd floor / walk up

The room its the largest of the apt
This room it?s not furnished. It?s $1,700 per month. I don?t have pictures of this room as this will be available August 1st but the current roommate it?s okay on having me showing the room.

I pay all utilities such as: conEd (electricity, gas and water) and Spectrum (Wi-Fi).

As I don?t request all that money down, and I just need to be paid every first of the month...the only thing I need it?s roommates that stays for 1yr minimum.
Yes, in case you are willing to stay longer it?s okay as long as I know a month in advance that you are planning to leave the apt but the most important thing I need it?s you to stay at least 1yr.

The area:
The apt it?s 2 blocks away from Port Authority bus terminal (train and bus station).
Laundry, delis, groceries, coffee shops & restaurants are just a block away.
