Hells Kitchen 2 Bedroom Apt with lots of light!

Hello -

My roommate is moving back to Miami (tragic) but that means theres a room in my awesome apt! December 15th move in date and the rent is $1750. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

The apt is on 44th and 9th and it's 1 block from the ACE (with underground tunnel to 123/7/NQR. There is an elevator in the building. Exciting, right?

There's a ton of light and no street noise. There are big windows and new appliances AND I just bought a new couch and big TV. There's also laundry in the building and a live in super.

I'm in my early 30s, super clean, and I travel a lot. My favorite thing to do is laugh and I'm definitely looking for someone who keeps the place clean as well. I have a hypoallergenic dog named Mochi. He's the sweetest dog I have ever known. And he doesn't shed!
