Spacious Flex Bedroom Available in Luxury Building

Hi! I'm searching for a roommate (females only) to take over a large flex bedroom since my current roommate is moving out of the country. I'm looking for someone to sign a one year lease which would begin September 1st.

The apartment is on a high floor in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. The building has a doorman. The room itself is super spacious and has floor to ceiling windows and incredible views of the city and the Hudson River. The windows are soundproof and have blinds that come all the way down and cover from the sun. You can also control the AC/heat to your liking from the room. There is a large closet in the hallway that would be yours.

Note: the room does not have a door since the building bans true doors on flex rooms however there is something in place for privacy.

.The bathroom would be shared between us. The kitchen was recently renovated and has granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. The building also has a laundry room, fitness center and roof deck. The apartment is about a 7-8 minute walk to the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, N, Q, R, W, 7, S trains on 42nd street.

It's a great building with wonderful staff.
