- Available from 1st July 2019 for a 9-month lease (till March 2020).
- Luxury building with a 24 Hr doorman, laundry service, rooftop and a gym.
- Shared kitchen and living area.
- Room for rent can easily fit a queen size bed with additional space for other furniture.
- It's a 5 min walk to the A/C/E trains (7 min walk to N/Q/R, 7, Path and NJ Transit), it takes me 15 mins to get to work.

Lease Terms:
- Rent $1600+ utilities. (ConEd, RCN High-Speed Internet )
- First-month rent and security deposit required to move in.
- No Broker fees. Good credit, proof of income, and over 40x rent required by the building.
