- Would love to have a weekly roomate meeting if you would be down for that and plan on staying more than a few weeks

- Ill be out 10am - 7pm weekdays for work, and am not in often on weekends.

Pluses:
- Big closet
- House runs itself, all basic necessities setup
- Very well soundproofed, gets pretty quiet
- Building staff are very fast to handle things when needed
- I keep things pretty clean
- I have a PS4 with a bunch of games and PSVR if you want to try out VR games

- Shower usually doesn't get hotter then like 'warm'
